Préparation
Drain the tofu and cut it in steaks size pieces.Pan-fry the tofu steaks until they are golden brown on both sides. Add the teriyaki sauce.
Grill the rice buns. Spread a mix of Kewpie mayonnaise and yuzu kosho on the rice buns.
Assemble your burger starting with a rice bun covered by salad. Then, place your tofu teriyaki steak. Add more salad and place takuan slices. Cover with the second ruce bun to finalize the rice burger.
Sprinkle with sesame.
