Préparation
Stir-fry with sesame oil and ginger the ground pork, season with oyster sauce.
Mix the white sesame and hot pepper pastes. Stir in hot diluted shoyu ramen soup and soy milk.
Cook the noodles, drain and place them in a ramen bowl. Pour the broth.
Top with ground pork, menma bamboo shoots, green onions and kizami nori.
Add rayu oil for additional spiciness.
